An embodied experience to regulate emotions through movement ✨
This evening at Casa Kavi is designed to help you reconnect with your body and learn how to gently self-regulate your nervous system.
Through movement, breath, and simple moments of reflection, you’ll explore how different types of energy show up in your body and how to shift between them to feel more balanced, clear, and grounded.
We’ll begin in a circle with a warm cacao ritual, creating space to slow down, set an intention, and understand the approach behind the session.
From there, we’ll move through three complementary movement dynamics, each exploring a different emotional and energetic state in a playful, conscious way.
• Locomotion and breath work to activate, energise, and reconnect with instinct.
• Vinyasa yoga to build heat, flow, and emotional momentum.
• Yin yoga to slow down, soften, and integrate.
This experience is not about getting movement “right” or performing.
It’s about noticing what you need, and responding through your body 🤎.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, energised, and more connected to yourself, with a clearer sense of how you can return to balance whenever life feels too much or too little.
